Epic Designs Services - Client Policy for Services

At Epic Designs Services, our goal is to provide exceptional creativity and engineering solutions while maintaining transparency and professionalism. Our Client Policy outlines the terms and expectations to ensure smooth collaboration and mutual success.

1. Service Scope

We offer a wide range of services including:

• Graphic Design & Branding
• Web Development
• Digital Marketing
• Circuit Design
• SolidWorks & AutoCAD Services

All projects will be outlined with clear deliverables, timelines, and service limitations in a formal proposal or contract.

2. Project Initiation

Projects commence upon:

• Approval of the project proposal
• Completion of the contract agreement
• Receipt of the initial deposit (if applicable)

3. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit is required upfront for projects exceeding PKR 10,000 or $100.
• Remaining payment is due upon project completion and before the final delivery.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, and other agreed methods.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Revisions Policy

• We offer up to 3 free revisions per project.
• Additional revisions will be charged at a rate discussed in advance.
• Revision requests must be clear and provided in a timely manner.

5. Confidentiality

We respect our clients' privacy and ensure that all shared information and project details remain confidential. NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) can be signed upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless restricted by an NDA.

7. Communication

• Regular updates will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or preferred communication channels.
• Response time is typically within 24 hours on business days.

8. Termination Policy

• Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice.
• In case of termination, the client is responsible for the payment of work completed up to that point.

9. Refund Policy

• Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Refunds for specific circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

10. Liability Limitation

While we strive for excellence, Epic Designs Services is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required materials, assets, and feedback promptly.
• Ensure that supplied materials do not infringe on third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
